Looking briefly at the Specs, there is no reason why this Model shouldn't work (with some limitations) on the EE Network.
This Router doesn't appear to be busting with Future Proof Specs, here are my reason why, based on reading the specs rather than Personal usage or knowledge of the Router.
This Router appears to be 5G NSA Only (States NSA and no mention of SA) as the 5G Networks progress they will become SA Only (Stand Along), in fact both EE and Vodafone are already Rolling Out 5G NR SA Trial Networks in the UK.
States 5G Band n78 Only, a lot of the 5G Spectrum is currently n78 as from a few years back that was the only option, however, we are now seeing UK Networks using the New 5G Band n28 (except Voda) as well as Refarmed Bands from 3 and 4G, EE are currently using NR Bands n1, n3, n7, n28 and n78, so again no future proofing.
No WiFi6 ?, its 2022/23 most newer 5G Routers should really support the additional WiFi6 standard.
No External Antenna Ports, not always needed if you're in a good 5G Coverage Area (and needs to be n78, 3500mhz in this Routers case) but a nice Areial Feature to have. If you're considering buying any Router without External Antenna Ports, please check the Networks Coverage Maps first and where possibly the 5G Band(s) in use are computable with your Device.
End of the Day it's your call whether to buy this Router, but it's not one that I would be adding to the list.

Thanks for getting back to me, in the end mate I didn't go for that I went and purchased .
A refurbished 5GEE Home Router 2021 (Zyxel NR5103) from Ebay cost me £229 delivered
Being an EE Device I take it this router will support 5G NR SA as you mentioned in the message you sent about Vodafone and EE doing trials on 5G NR SA. and will it still be future proof for another 2-3 years??
please let me know Thanks again for your info

The Zyxel N5103 Routers will tick all the negative points that I mentioned above, so no worries there.
One thing I will point out is the Zyxel N5103 is not currently available to buy from Zyxel as a Original, In the UK its currently unique to EE and the Zyxel N5103e is also unique to Three Network, the majority of these Router Models were dished out on a Contract Plan basis from the Network so as this was purchased off eBay it may be worth a quick Call to EE Customer Services to ensure your Second Hand Device is free from any Outstanding Contract Finance or has not been Blacklisted.
On these same Models that came from the Three Network, note that Three have "Device belongs to Three and needs to be returned to Three at the end of the Contract Period" policy, so it's important be extra vigilant when buying these Devices off of Outlets like eBay, Facebook and Gumtree etc.

Just to expand on this, one of the more common eBay scams is for a seller to report a phone or mobile device as lost/stolen a short time after purchase. The device then gets blacklisted and stops working - they'll generally go quiet on eBay messages and you'll need to pursue an eBay/Paypal refund claim.

Thanks for getting back to me mate. Received the EE N5103 Router, I was informed by the seller that these routers were Refurbished by EE when I received the router didn't look good had to give it a clean bit dirty outside casing from whoever had it before on the original EE box it came in there was a white label it was printed B grade on it, the setting up part got the EE settings from my Huawei CPE pro 5g which I have been using up to now with both signal and speed good so tried the EE router I brought from eBay, on my testing the signal was poor and also the speed was poor, I tried factory reset and manually applied the EE - APN settings again still no good I noticed on the EE Router when I clicked on status and looked at the band its connected to it states B3+B1+B3 doesn't mention N78 BAND, which makes me think the Mast I'm connected to doesn't have that in place yet and it looks like the mast I'm connected to is still using 4G LTE Frequency Bands ??, on EE coverage page it states my area as 5g, anyway I contacted the seller on eBay and returned the B Graded EE router for a refund which my account as now been refunded, I re-checked on EE coverage page it says I won't get 5g on both of my devices
one which is my Mobile phone Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5g, But the signal status on my phone shows 5G full signal, so EE coverage checker is not 100%
and the second device is my Huawei H112-372 pro 5g
Thats the reason why I decide to buy the refurbished EE N5103 to see if things improve,
If I give you guys my postcode could someone check for me on the mast, I'm connected to see what bands it supports if that could be done my Postcode NN8 1RX
the approximate address of the mast I'm connected to is, The water garden, The embankment, Stanton cross, Wellingborough, North Northamptonshire, NN8 1LD
Speed test
when I run a speed test on both devices, I get about 150mbps to 260mbps ,
and early hours of the morning it has been over 400mbps that was a one of
I have noticed on the Huawei when you select optimize location it runs a test with 2 blue graphs, darker blue is 5G and the lighter blue graph is 4G It only sees 4G , yet I live in a 5G area and again my mast is 5G enabled which has been for over a year now , I am going to upload some pictures from my Huawei testing and optimize my location to show you guys, also there is one picture of the refurbished EE router I got from eBay to show the bands I'm connected to

Hi, I will need to look at this a bit later as the Pictures you have Posted are currently waiting for Forum Admin approval plus Im about to walk out the Door.
Just to be clear, can you confirm, that you bought the EE Zyxel Router but have sent it back ? and now you are using the Huawei CPE 372 as your main Router and the Sammy 10 5G for additional testing.
Edit - On the Routers, were or are you using any External Antenna(s), if so, which make and Model.

Hi again
yes, I sent the EE Zyxel router back for a full refund, I have always used the internal Antenna Due to being close to the Mast I'm connected to and yes Using Huawei CPE 372 as my main Router and Samsung 10 5g testing which is my main mobile device for calling texting and data
