I have a 4GEE Wifi Mini, and haven't used it for a few months, i know its still within the years limit, purchased from Argos.
I've tried to log on to access the account and details for the dongle, but says in correct password, but shows no option to reset password.
I can access my ee account with account name and password but not the area ti access the dongle information.
The network shows up when i switch it on, but provides no internet access, happy to top up, but any option to access is blocked by the log in
HELP?

Could I please confirm if the WiFi Mini is pay as you go?
Do you currently have a pay monthly My EE account?

Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.
When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
