I have a mobile chip in a wifi booster for about a year now. The last month the wifi has been completely out. I have tried resetting it. I have moved the wifi box to differant areas but nothing helps. EE says there is nothing wrong but it's not tight

What lights show on mobile router? What does its Connection Status say?
Is it on contract or PAYG?

It's showing up blue like it usually does and says there is a stable connection. I have also done speed checks on it and all is running well. Just won't let me use the Internet or go on any apps. Keep saying no Internet connection

But if you are running speedtests on it, you are using the Net.
What does its Connection Status say?

That's the thing, it allows me to do wifi speed checks and phone calls but other than that don't work. Everything is showing up normal. It just won't allow the network to work.

Phone calls from a mobile router! You don't mean actual phone calls, but iMessagee type data things?
Aren't you going to let me see your Connection Status?
Give us some examples of where it can't reach.
