Ive just received the EE wifi 2 4g dongle box and im wondering is it safe to leave plugged in constantly if we remove the battery? We will be using this as a main wifi source in an annex, thanks.

Yes if you do plan to run the device off the mains continuously, it is recommend to remove the battery from the device, but it is safe to leave plugged in for continuous Wi-Fi connection.
