Why won't my internet work when I'm not indoors. Like I go out for a walk and it doesn't work, or shopping it doesn't work. Why is this?

Is mobile data turned on in your phone's settings? (Just let me know which phone you have if you need help with this)
Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?
