Lately I am losing connection or can only use one device at a time. I was told that I would get updates when it would be fixed but instead the problem is getting worse and I have received no date to when it will be fixed

Is this your devices losing WiFi connection to your mobile router? Or your mobile router losing its network connection to EE's mobile network?
If the latter, you can check for network issues and register for updates on known faults, by selecting "check status" on this online tool
