5G?

I have mobile wifi, when the little box lights up , it says 4G. Just came on to check the length of my contract, to see that it reads 5G!  So why am I not getting 5G?  Also why is the account going up from £28.53 to £34.25.

In order to receive 5G services, you need 3 things..

1: Have a 5G-compatible device

2: Be on a 5G-plan

3: Be within a 5G-coverage area.. you can check this using https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee

As far as I am aware, EE do not Supply or sell any Mobile 5G WiFi Devices.

They do supply fixed 5G Home Broadband CPE Routers, are you referring to one of these per chance?
