I currently have a 5G unlimited broadband account, which has 18 months to run. I use this for the household internet connection. I want to switch over to EE's full fibre service, which will mean discontinuing the 5G service.
Does anyone know if there would be a charge for dropping the 5G service?

Hi @Pete_M
Is the 5G service with EE.
Worth speaking to EE and seeing if they will agree a deal but if you're contracted then likely a cancellation fee. Speak to EE CS on 150.
Thanks

@Pete_M : There is no route from mobile BB to fixed EE Home BB. They are entirely separate products.
If you were to order EE's Full Fibre service it'll be up to you what you did with your mobile BB contract, keep it or cancel it.
If you are wanting to cease your mobile BB contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. As you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay Early Termination Fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.
