I've had this sim replaced, I've called customer service and was sent to technical support with an appointment but they never called, the sim is inserted into a wi fi 4G dongle. This sim can't connect to the Internet even though its unlimited data, whilst i had a call with customer services before i was referred to technical support they said the sim is activated (replacement). Am unable to make outgoing calls from my non EE phone, I've gone into store a few times but the problem persists.

What was the reason for the replacement SIM card? Was this for the data not working to see if the replacement SIM resolved this for you?

Yes, it was a replacement to see if the data would work, still the same problem, when i was in store calling customer service. They assured me the replacement was active before the referral to technical support.

Could you try the SIM card in another device to see if you can connect to data?

I can't, the only EE device i have is the dongle.
