Hi All,
I bought an EE 4G Hotspot - An excellent bit of kit.
I want to know how to top up the balance. When I log on to create an account and add my device, I'm asked for the phone number. I have no way of telling what the phone number is, its a sim in a mobile router.
Can I top up using the SIM number, or is there a way to identify the SIM phone number?

Mobile routers contain a SIM. All SIMs have a mobile no. Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.
