Hi everyone,

Was having a few problems with my mobile broadband. Went near enough 2 weeks without. Contacted EE, equipment was collected for repair. When speaking to advisor was told credit will be added as I didn’t have service. Equipment sent back and looked on my account……NOT A DICKIE BIRD NO CREDIT. Why do these people like to deceive consumers. Going on the blower now to ask the said question

Thank you for that information. But my bill has been generated over a week ago with nothing. I have just got off the phone with them and credit has been applied along with an apology😉😉

Good evening @Hothead_Brownin.

Welcome to the EE community, and I'm sorry to hear you've been having so much trouble with your mobile broadband recently.

When it comes to credits, these won't show on your online account itself, but will be listed on the bill once this has been produced.

If you haven't had a new bill since this was first applied, you should see it on there.
