I have topped up my ee mini hub but won't let me log into my account to buy a data pack

Yes I get web Paige not available

ERR_TIMED OUT

yiu can see the £40 credit but won't go any further

A d I'm not spending 20 quid for 5gig of internet.. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Please can you clear your web browser's cookies and cache or try a different browser and let me know if you see the same issue?

Why do you think you only get 5GB data from a £20 pack? Text PACK20 to 150 & you'll get 30GB data.;

Tried all the numbers for technical support and nothing

The sim card is in my mini hub .. why would I buy 30 gig for 20 when I can
get unlimited data for 40 😁
