Apologies new to EE could not amend initial posting but thank you for people reaching out, we finally found a solution to our issue which was non of our TV’s would connect to the internet following the new Sim we installed in our Huawei B535 router everything else connected but not our TV’s we eventually had to assess the router and create a default setting that was IPV4 only ( the router was set to IPV4 & 6 ) and bingo PERFECT fast connection which is fab as we live rural our reception has always been poor but not with EE so far so good !!

does anyone have the problems im having with my EE broadband, i was previously with BT and had no issues now i have have changed to EE i am having a nightmare, the broadband wont even work on streaming on my TV it buffers constantly but when you check the speeds they say its ok, i have a guy come out from EE and he walked around with a phone doing a diagnostic and said alls well and did one, its constantly going off and needs to be reset on devices around my property, can you get out of the contract if the service is not what EE told they could provide

Thanks for coming here.
Do you have home broadband or a mobile WiFi device?
Which router do you have?
Leanne.

- Internet speed in Broadband & Landline
- a possible scam in Security
- 5G Smart Hub - connection keeps dropping, ping shows 3.9% packet loss in Mobile Broadband
- Frequent HH20C Smart Hub 5G dropouts in Mobile Broadband
- Some devices (such as PS5 and Google TV) require a full shut down to connect in Broadband & Landline
