Hi, I'm trying to connect a new device which needs 2.4GHz to set up.
I know I can temporarily disable 5G on my router and have logged into admin page, and located the toggle which allows me to disable.
When I click to 'apply changes' a red 'unsuccessful' message appears. Why is this so?
I've cleared cache & cookies.
Help appreciated

Hi and thanks for your help.
I've tried on Safari and Chrome.
I attach a screen shot of my mobile screen (which does the same).
The settings I find are under WIFI; BASIC.
Under ADVANCED the settings do not have toggles.

Thanks @ukhardwoods I suspect it is also the other changes you have made that the router does not like.
Changing the SSID is not a problem, but then you have also turned off the Broadcast SSID and with no security - I really would not recommend that.
