My go live date is tomorrow (23.04.25) order placed on 01.04.25 and no router. Several phone calls made to EE. 1 person gave me a Royal Mail tracking number and nothing is showing on their website. Someone else has told me that it is being sent today by DPD but I have not received the usual text message. Can someone at EE please tell me what is going on?

@MylesPower Are you going live from a EE/BT activation update, have you looked at the order on your account for the updates. If you have a working ISP router then it may continue to function during any changeover without messing with it until your new router is delivered.

@MylesPower , we have no access to accounts and do not know who you are, you would have to ring customer services for more information, as this is a public forum, unless @JimM11 has given you a solution to your question and you just wait until DPD send the router out to you. You should receive notification from DPD on delivery and expected time.
