Secured, no internet

Just got a 4GEE router but none of my devices are able to connect. I can find the network but can’t actually connect. It let me earlier but said “Connected, no internet” but now it won’t let me connect at all.

Any ideas?

The sim does work if I put it in a phone. I just cannot connect to it when in the router.

Have you looked at the Connection Status within the router?

Is it on PAYG or contract? Do you have a data allowance. If on PAYG, do you have credit on it?

Hi @BrazaiteIn,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Which error message do you see when trying to connect?

James

You haven't looked at the Connection Status, just the casing!

@James_B  This is all it says when I connect. As I said above, I've taken the sim out of the router and put it in an iPhone and it can browse the web just fine.

@XRaySpeX  I have no clue what "Connection Status" you could be talking about other than the stuff I've already shared?

Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the admin password found under the battery cover. Then look for a Connection Status section.

I cannot get to that page at all. Already tried that before posting here.
I've also tried connecting the router via ethernet but that is also not giving any results.
