Hi, I bought an unlimited data EE SIM card to put in a new 4g router. The packaging says it has £10 on it but I’m not sure. It’s is to go in a 4g router as my son has no WiFi coverage. I can’t seem to get any credit on the SIM card, and can’t get the router to work. Any ideas?

Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top. What does it say, obscuring your mobile no.?
