Hello,
I have a slightly intresting query.
If you would be going abroad, could you use a https://ee.co.uk/broadband/mobile-broadband
Mobile broadband router in an African country?
Alongside that, using a roaming plan to use the existing data with a fee for an add on rather than a very steep data fee?
Thank you.

@JamieWilding You can not use the tariff allowance while there you have to purchase a data add on for that location. You can only use the tariff allowance with in the EU for a daily fee of £2.47 or the roam abroad pass at £25 and this pass includes the USA,Canada, Australia,New Zealand and Mexico if it’s on a contract. PAYG has its own pass that lasts 7 days and this if for the EU only. There is no add ons outside these destinations that allows you to use the tariff allowance and you have to purchase a separate data add on.
