Red light

I have a 4GEE Wi-Fi mini and I’ve topped up with credit. I have a connect but there is a red light on the signal section. How do I fix this?

When did you last use it as EE sims deactivate after 180 days. 

Are you in the UK.

Have you checked ee network status checker for issues locally.
