Unfortunately I get " password incorrect" if I try this.

@Missmouse3 : That is the 4GEE WiFi Mini, which for some reason EE has renamed as EE Mini Hub Halo. Something to do with having BT BB Halo? It is eminently capable of viewing & changing its WiFi pwd.

  1. Have you removed the back cover & pressed the R Reset button at top centre of battery for some secs to Factory Reset it?
  2. While cover removed, note the admin pwd. Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with the admin password found under the battery cover. Then, if the WiFi password is not also found under the battery cover, on the WiFi Settings tab you should be able to see your WiFi password in clear & change it if you like.

Hi @Missmouse3

Are you using 'admin' as the password?

Have you ever manually changed the admin password on your device? If you have, a factory reset will change it back.

Leanne.

Hi, just got the minihub. I've tried resetting, using admin as password, using the password as the password, using my by password, using my ee password - all are incorrect I'm told 🤷‍♂️

Cannot connect to this hub by cable! Wifi only. It works fine but I'd like to change the password!

@Missmouse3 : Which mobile router do you have? If you don't know its title post an image of it.

Have you tried factory resetting it by pressing the Reset (R) button for about 10 secs?

I've just got the minihub. It is connecting my devices fine but I just want to change the password. I've tried a reset, I've tried admin, I've tried the password, ivf tried my BT password, I've tried my EE password, all , I'm told are incorrect. There is no " forgot password" option tho!

All I want is to change the password to something I want!

Can't understand **bleep** they make this fo bloody difficult!

@Missmouse3 : You're making it difficult for us to help you. There isn't an EE mobile router called "minihub" but you won't tell or show us just which 1 it is.
