Hi there,
I wish this worked for me, but I wasn't given a phone number with my EE sim or 4GEE device. Any idea how I can find this out?
Regards,
Adam

Thanks for all your help and links buddy. I managed to top up with your fast payment link and I have shared the steps I had to go through as a reply to Leanne. I hope it can help someone else if they get stuck!
P.S. You can add and manage the 4GEE data sim on MyEE, but you must have a data bundle to do so, and also must be connected to the 4GEE device when registering 🙂

This is exactly what I get. Very frustrating. No one appears to be able to help. Just get passed from 1 department to another.

Hi @kalkandola,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Have you tried the marked solution from earlier in this conversation?
Thanks

Hi there @Jwilson99
Thanks for coming to the community.
You would need to purchase data add-on with the credit to access data, to do this please open a web browser when connected to the WiFi device, and go to add-on.ee.co.uk
Then you can select Purchase and buy the data add-on.
Let me know how you get on.
Leanne.
