Hi

ive had EE mobile broadband for 3 months now and it’s been nothing but hassle! I had to switch to this due to no connection points for internet in the street at my new address. I was told the signal in my area for EE was great and mobile broadband would be just as good, this is not the case! My partner works from home and everyday she has issues trying to connect her laptop and when it finally does nothing loads, we can’t even get the fire stick to work half the time!! The speeds are terrible and very inconsistent. Really not worth the money I pay monthly, not happy and would not recommend.

As you're still facing issues with your service, I would suggest reaching back out to our team directly. 
From there you can open a complaint, and if you're unhappy with the advice from our Guides you can request to escalate this to a Team Leader @Wilz1991

We know how important it is for you to have a reliable connection, so I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having, and that has been ongoing for so long. 

Have you spoken with out Technical team about this at all?

Hi Rach

yes a number of times and I get the same answers, it’s like no one is willing to help tbh. Half the time it’s near impossible to speak to someone who actually knows what they are doing

im pretty fed up with trying to contact you regarding the issue! The Wi-Fi is about as reliable as a chocolate fire guard, can’t connect more than two devices or it has a meltdown! Not worth the money and am not happy with the service. Tbh I’m starting to look at other options as what I pay each month is really not worth it
