Panasonic TV (TX-32DS500B) & EE Smart 4G Hub 2 internet connection issue

Hi

I am trying to connect my TV to internet but I cannot.

The TV establishes connection to the hub but no internet access even though I can have internet access with my other devices (iPad and android phone).

I have selected quick setup on the TV but do I need to put some details manually to establish internet connection?

Having exactly the same problem, renewed  hub  - from bt hub to ee smart hub.

"connected to hub but no internet", all other devices including other tv working properly.

Did you solve it?

@RJ487 : What EE router do you have (read its label or post a pix)?

I would surmise that you don't have mobile BB, which is where you posted. If so, you should raise a topic in the Home BB forum.
