Does anyone know why neither the app nor the website will allow me to get a data top up despite my being in £50 credit?
EE keep saying sorry with the usual **bleep**e 'we're working on it and try again later' (for around 2 months now!!)
Theg keep trying to sell me home broadband but if they can't sort out their own tech, they're having a laugh if they think I'll put my business in their hands!
