Mini Wi-Fi

I’ve had this dreadful mini Wi-Fi for a few months now and it ran out of data, so bought some. I couldn’t top it up as the data had run out, ridiculous.. so I topped it up from an iPad, I purchased £40  and received an email telling me it had all done through and could start using straight away. But the mini router won’t let me use the credit because there’s no data on the mini router and you need data to to use the top up facility. Are you bloody kidding me. I wish I’d never bought it, but hey ho, I also wish I’d read the reviews on ee  before I’d purchased it, poor, poor, poor, more like poo, poo, poo… if you don’t have an ee phone then you  struggle get in touch…  EE please help me get this awful thing back on line or show me how to get a refund.

thanks
