Morning all. Probably a panic post, but I ordered the iPhone 17 pro max and got an XKO order confirmation etc. since then, the tracking hasn’t updated but says it’s despatched? Any ideas? Thanks, all.

i need talk to Live chat on EE app, no option there. becuase i am Deaf and need message. they say "Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app". i seen is not there in EE app. show you of attach image.
