I HAVE A LTE 4G WIFI DONGLE . I have put in my data sim followed all the set up instructions and I keep receiving a no internet message please can anyone help.

Is it a brand new SIM?
Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

If you check your router's settings, has it automatically populated the EE APN settings @james-clay1?
