Hi I can’t view my bills on my app or when I receive a text it is giving me a link and when I try to open this to view my bill it doesn’t allow me to view this could I please have some support has this has been going on quiet a while now

I'm looking for a basic sim card for my dad's Doro phone. Not all sims these days work with phones that don't have 4G/5G. Are the EE pay as you go sims compatable for these phones?
