I just moved into my new house and the very first problem we notice is that we can only got 2 bars of signal in the house everywhere, can't get any higher. The connection kept dropping, like once an hour. We still got almost 6 months of contract. As there is broadband coverage in the area, can we switch to broadband instead of 5G.

They are two different products. You can speak to EE CS on 150 and see what deals can be offered.

There's nothing inherently wrong with "only 2 bars", can you elaborate on what you mean by the connection dropping? Are you reporting that mobile network service is disappearing in its entirety?
Were these problems evidence when you first viewed your new home?
