Monthly price of 4G wi fi

I am under contract till March 2023 and am paying over £40 per month for 4G wifi but they are now advertising wi fi for £24 pr month - how can I switch to this tariff?

@Plunkie : You can't until your upgrade window from 45 days before end of contract min. term unless you pay off your existing contract earlier.
