Slow internet speeds

Hi,

I have a SIM card 4G for my home internet due to slow landline speeds (we live in the middle of no where).  We have an antenna installed outside so that we can get better speeds.  We were getting between 25 to 35 mbps, but the last month we have been struggling to get anywhere near 5! EE had reported a problem that they were working on, but it’s now fixed and we are only getting 6!

Any advise welcomed

@dionne25m  Have you tried restarting the device?  Turn it off for 30+ seconds before you turn it back on.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi there, I did restart it but not for 30 seconds. I will try that now

Just restart it and left off for over a minute and speed test showed 3.58

Can anyone help?
