@wynne do you mean you have had the SIM card and not used it, or the device has not been used? If you have not logged in to your old account, you will have to ring customer service to get this sorted and then you will be able to register again.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
The device Has not been used and the sim was damaged so I purchased a new
sim which is activated but I wanted to access account to check usage & top
up when necessary

@wynne , as you had an account before, if you cannot log-in, then you will need to ring customer service, so that you can then register afresh, or if you use a different email you may be able to register afresh, but I would suggest ringing customer service to get this looked into.
