How do I no when my 4g mini is working I cannot remember how to turn it on and know if it is on

Press the button and when it's green it's on. (Yellow one) the lights on the top (white one) 

 

If you've not topped up for some time the SIM maybe disconnected. When did you last top up or is this a pay monthly contract.
