Mobile router won’t connect to smart thermostat

I can’t get my mobile router to connect to my smart thermostat- can’t find a reset button which is needed to allow the thermostat to connect to the router

@Forestzombie  You need to reset the thermostat to remove it from the router it was connected to.  You then connect this to the new router when you set it back up.
