on BT’s advice I switched to EE. What a terrible mistake - no human option for help and instead just get offered automated stuff that sends you round in circles. Will be cancelling

@darrendodd When you call customer services don’t select the first option as that’s what you are doing. Listen to all options given (select option 2) then the option that’s closest to your issue.
