Hi there, I’ve just moved into my own house and waiting for the new WiFi to connect to house so paid for 5 days of mobile broadband and when I try to log in to access it it’s not allowing. Can anyone help???

Have you tried the steps in the Help & advice page under the 'how do I connect to an EE WiFi Hotspot' section?
If so and the same happens, please get in touch with the technical support team to get this looked into.

Does the area have a WiFi hotspot showing on the EE WiFi hotspots page?
If this is showing available, what happens when you try and connect?

yes there is a WiFi hotspot showing when I try to log in it just takes me back to the first page
