Lost broadband on Sunday

called Monday and was told a power adapter issue on main router and also the back up 4G was also faulty.  had a new 4G delivered yesterday and set it up and still no WiFi. Someone is supposed to be calling back but nothing so far. Trying to work from home using my mobile phone signal. Frustrating that you cannot talk to anyone

@Jampot There is a specific way that the EE Router display's what is going on for the faulty PSU unit, and would appear as a few variants to what is described that is the case, and that a new PSU fixes out the problem and that the EE Router is working 100% fine and the whole issue is indeed a fully faulty PSU Module!.

If you care to say what is going on with your EE Router in operation it would be better, and by now EE should have managed to dispatch a replacement complete package to you! Link for another in the say boat as you possibly!
