Wifi connectivity

When I return home my mobile notifies me to sign back into my ee wifi, even though I didn't have to do that at the start of my recently opened account.  What should I do to make sure of automatic reconnection please?

Are you sure you're not using the public "EE WiFi" network (requires signing in on a website) instead of the network details which are on the back of your Hub?

Your EE Hub should be listed as "EE-____" followed by a string of characters, or if you transferred from BT and kept the same Smart Hub 2 it should be the same details as before the move (or if you got a new Hub and used the function to transfer your devices, which would leave your old network details in place but your connection is still provided via EE).

Which Hub do you currently have?

You can see the various Hubs here: https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/manage-use/manage-your-ee-hub

@lesaunders3 : Tell the mobile to Forget its connection to your EE router & the reconnect to it resupplying the router's WiFi pwd.
