Mobile router absolutely will not connect to 2.5 Ghz xhannel - although I can see the mast in front of me!

@AlanRoe : The 2.4 GHz WiFi band of your router does not connect to any mobile mast. Your router's WiFi is entirely within your home.

...and will not connect. Or, does connect but tells me there is no internet. Either way it is next to useless.

I don't have a spare mobile routers. i am afraid I cannot remain online long enough for the company to gave a toss. They tell me it is fine. Disgusting mess. Phoned 150 tonigh - couldn't get through and was told it was too late despite being within the advertised office hours.
