Mini hub

I am currently waiting for WiFi to be installed due to external work this  could take months. I’ve been sent a 4g mini hub however I work from home and every time I click on outlook it crashes and says it’s not responding any idea of why and what I can do to fix it I am desperate .

Welcome to the community.

If it's only Outlook that's you're having a problem with, it could be another issue that's causing this. I'd recommend speaking to your company's IT helpdesk, to see if they can diagnose that it is definitely caused by low WiFi strength.

If it is caused by the WiFi strength, or you're having issues with other internet based programs too, I suggest moving your router to see if it improves. The best place to put it is generally upper floors of the property, ideally near a window.
