For the past 3 years we have had an intermittent problem with our Mini box in the conservatory.
Unfortunately I didn't get the guide's name buy I contacted tech services at 13.15 3rd May and the guy spent 45 minutes with me fixing the problem which has baffled all other guides to date - I hope he can be traced and thanked!
