WHY is they a Mobile Phone number on my account when I do not have a Mobile Phone? only a land line EE
WHY do I have to sing-in all the time to my web account on the same P.C. by using stupid pictures??
Can you E.E. sort out this mess please for me has a new customer from Plus-net serves.

It's the number of the SIM in your mobile router.

But why can I not use the land line number I asked them to keep from Plus net servers I use in bank account and other paying bills It doesn't work right now

You can't have a landline number on a mobile SIM. You must have switched from fixed Home BB to mobile BB when you switched to EE.

It does sound like it could be a mobile broadband line, as @XRaySpeX mentioned, but we don't have access to your account here to be able to check.
If you give our billing guides a call, they can bring up your account and bill and let you know exactly what is happening.
