Hi l have a mini Wi-Fi box with two SIM cards one of which l would like to cancel. How do l achieve this as l’ve tried calling and been on the phone for over half an hour with no response!

You need to call and speak to our Mobile Care team to put in your cancellation notice. Did you manage to get through?
