I use EE for a few days but I`m quite dissapointed that I decided to switch to EE from my previous provider. How can I back to GiffGuff? I called 150 so many times, but all operators are busy. In my area for EE it`s really low mobile broadband`s speed and I want to switch back to my previous provider.
In the BT shop manager kept my GiffGuff number to EE card. How can I take my number back to GiffGuff?

As you want to keep your number, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay in Early Termination Fees if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you may be liable to pay early termination fees. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap.

@Kateryna26 You need to speak with customer services and inform them you don’t want the contract. If you just request a PAC code and use that code you’ll end up being requested to pay off that contract to the minimum term because you’ve not informed them you don’t want it as you have a 14 day cooling of period but to use that cooling of period you have to call and speak with customer services.

There is no 14-day cooling-off period when buying from a shop.
