How to use credit

I have a £15 credit on sim within my router - how do I retrieve this to use. Tried on my laptop via EE website to know avail. Any suggestions please

Hi Nigel,

 

Is this a Pay as you Go SIM that you're having issues with? 

In regards to using data on a pay as you go SIM, you would typically need to select a data pack which would encompass your data as part of it. You can read more on our pay as you go packs here. 

Alternatively, it may be worth considering a contracted option or fixed line broadband if you intend to use the SIM as part of a router.

It's a monthly subscription pack - router is in my static caravan. I only need this 7 months of the year hence my choice as I stop it in October until March the next year. Putting its SIM into a spare phone and text NOW 150 will likely resolve. Thanks for response
