I went to the store in my town to get an unlimited data pack for my mobile phone, but received emails saying I ordered broadband. I didn't order any broadband, it was a mistake! The fact is that my home has already had EE broadband setup years back. Now I want to cancel this wrong order and make sure they stop sending me the equipment and not charge my account.
How can anyone help me? Thanks!
