Hi All,
I'm trying to log into my Smart 5G hub admin via http://192.168.1.1/ and it's asking for a password.
I can't remember my password but it's not giving me a forgotten password option, does anyone have any tips?
Cheers,
S

@SJMASON If you have set your own admin password and don’t remember it you’ll need to factory reset the hub.
There is a small hole on the router with the words “reset” next to it. Push a pin in to it and hold it there for around 30 seconds. The device needs to be powered on. From there the default admin password and all other out of the box default’s are now back.
Obviously there is no forgotten password reset as how would it send that information to you to reset it? It’s a router ie an electrical device not an account that has your information on it to send such a reset message.

Whilst I've never had a 5G Hub, all the Hubs (routers) I have had provide the admin password on a card at the back or side of the Hub. Do you not have the card? Is their any sticker on the Hub in place of a card?
