Hi,
I am using a 4g data sim in a dongle. I can add credit from the add-on page. However I can't buy an add on package. The page I get says 'forbidden'
Please help!

Did anyone manage to resolve this? I've been unable to add data for a week now, I get the forbidden resource or not eligible message. I have plenty of credit on my account I just can't get the data add on- mobile dongle.

Thanks for the reply! I only have pay-as-you-go for this so could switch anytime but it's for my 93 year old mum and teaching her a new system has challenges too! I may have to brave the customer services team ☹️.

Hi, I think this may help:- if you copy the url https://add-on.ee.co.uk.mbbstaus Then first remove the s from https://
Instead only have http:// from the forbidden page shown, paste this into I.E. ( internet explorer browser ) it should take you to a page that opens with your required information.
Works for me, hopefully You also.

That won't work! "status" is mis-spelt & in the wrong place.
Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see data & credit status. Make sure you use HTTP:, not HTTPS: & do it under IE, FF or Samsung Internet not Chrome or any browser that forces HTTPS:.

Cleared history doesn't work - honestly 403 error - why is this still here 3 weeks later? Holding on their line for 15 minutes already told how busy they are - no wonder is it if everyone get's the same error - perhaps if they fixed it they wouldn't be so busy!!!

I am still unable to use the service as I can't add data! It's ridiculous!
