External 4g Antenna

I have recently had a 4g antenna installed through EE which worked fine for a few weeks.

Since then my speed fluctuates between 1 mbps and 11.

I have tried different routers, cables , resets which made no difference.

Finally I disconnected the antenna from my router and the speeds have gone up to between 30+60mbps.

I have phoned EE numerous times and they have been useless saying nothing wrong etc etc, when clearly there is an issue with the external antenna.

Does anybody have any advice/fixes for the issue?

Did you mention to the technical support team that disconnecting the antenna makes the speeds go up?

Yes, they weren't interested.

What make and model number is the Router?, also do you know which Antenna was fitted?
