Error 403 forbidden - cannot add data

This error has been reported a number of times now.  I have credit on my account but cannot add a data package via 4g mobile broadband - I have been unable to use this service for a month. I've tried clearing cache, cookies and all the other suggestions you've made to others - nothing works. I cannot revert to an old browser that doesn't use Https as I want the security.  Do not refer me to your mobile care team. PLEASE JUST FIX THIS before all of your customers with this issue move to alternative suppliers.

It's not the customers fault the problem is EEs, not setting the correct permissions on the links etc.. It's been like this since August for some people including me...

I agree! The EE pay as you go works for me - we it did until they messed it up?

Yes, it's true we get a connection but then as we can't add a data package we can't go further than the forbidden page!  When it worked, as you ran out of data you could connect to the EE add data page but nowhere else. Now we can't get that far.

Hi Christopher, I've tried the suggestions other customers have kindly made and I still can't add a data package. I have no interest in getting a monthly contract for this if your technical team are unable to fix this quickly then I will withdraw the credit I have on my account and find an alternative supplier - it's not something I want to do as the EE pay as go suited my needs until it stopped working 4 weeks ago. Please advise if your team intend to fix this or not.

Yes, thank you, I realised that. I do really appreciate the suggestions that you and others have made. It's just frustrating that the auto-reply says the EE team will help - it seems the solution is in their hands and to date nothing has been done.
